Cookies Policy

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your actions and preferences (such as login, language and other display settings) so you don’t have to re-enter them every time you return or browse from one page to another.

2. Types of cookies we use

Strictly necessary cookies. Required for the website and your account to work — for example keeping you signed in, remembering the contents of your cart and processing secure payments. These cannot be switched off in our systems.

Preference cookies. Remember choices such as your language and interface settings.

Analytics cookies. Help us understand how visitors use the site (which pages are visited, how long, any errors) so we can improve it. These are aggregated and do not identify you personally.

Marketing cookies. May be set to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns. We only use these where you have given consent.

3. Managing your cookies

You can accept or reject non-essential cookies at any time through your browser settings. Most browsers let you delete existing cookies, block future cookies, or warn you before one is stored. Please note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the platform (such as your student dashboard or checkout) from working correctly.

4. Third-party cookies

Some cookies may be set by trusted third parties that provide services on our behalf, such as payment processors and analytics providers. These providers process data in accordance with their own privacy notices.

5. Changes and contact

We may update this Cookies Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. If you have questions about our use of cookies, contact us at info@cervantesimo.com. See also our Privacy Policy.
